Celebrate Pi Day With This Fun Pi Merchandise

Happy Pi Day! For everyone who doesn’t know today is March 14th, or Pi Day (3.14…), and that means it’s time to celebrate. I am a huge fan of all things mathematical, so in honor of Pi Day I will list some fun novelty items that will make your Pi Day celebrations much more enjoyable. And if you’re like me, you won’t limit yourself to bringing out all of this cool stuff one day per year, but instead it will be deemed worthy of regular use! Pi by the Numbers T-shirts

I can personally attest to the fact that this t-shirt is awesome. In fact, I am wearing mine right now. Everyone will be mesmerized by the fact that the logo is composed of the actual digits of pi! And don’t worry if you aren’t a girl who wears fitted t-shirts; you can also get this logo on a standard unisex t-shirt or even a hoodie.

Pi Necktie

All you math and science guys out there should consider this Pi Tie, available for just $25. Choose between blue or red silk backgrounds both emblazoned with light blue and gold pi symbols positioned in diagonal patterns across the tie. If you’re already shopping for Father’s Day then this is a good choice. Hmm, perhaps these will make great gifts for the rest of the Zaphu team.

Pi Plate

Who doesn’t like pi(e) (ahem, Franklin)?!?! All of you bakers out there use math everyday, measuring ingredients and doubling recipes, so why not celebrate your skills with this neat Pi Plate. In addition to the giant Pi in the bottom of the dish, the rim is decorated with the first few dozen digits of the number. Unfortunately you’ll need to hand wash the dish, which should be no problem for those of you who don’t have dishwashers. By the way, if anyone wants to buy me this and make me a pie to go in it, my favorite flavor is pumpkin.

Pi Coffee Mugs

It’s no secret that math and science geeks live on coffee. So why not display your love of pi while taking in all of that caffeine? This American Pi mug was just too cool to leave off the list, but if you prefer something a little more traditional, this site offers lots of variations on the pi theme, including plenty of fruit pi(e)s and even a “Pi”h.D. mug!
