
Finding apps in the iTunes App Store is becoming tricky as the number of available third party applications is rapidly approaching 10,000. Fortunately, Arnold Kim (creator of MacRumors.com) has developed a new site (AppShopper.com) dedicated to tracking the apps in the App Store. The Top 100 - as its name indicates - keeps track of popular free or paid applications and is a great way to find interesting apps. Another useful page is the price changes list that shows paid apps that are temporarily free. AppShopper also provides other useful information for each app (see below) including update information, price changes, version numbers, etc.
